02.08.12 (Wednesday pm) - F's artwork was chosen to represent her grade school in a county-wide art show. The super-crowded reception was on Wednesday night, she received a certificate and a flower. P cried the whole way home because she didn't get a flower too. Siblings are tricky.
02.08.12 (Wednesday am) - Much-needed new haircuts.
02.07.12 (Tuesday afternoon) - Park in the afternoon. P and her friend, a boy named J, made a "turtle home" out of leaves and sticks. I love how winter shadows make me into a giant.
