04.23.12 (Monday) - Sad to leave but missing home.







04.21.12 (Saturday night) - Pedicabbing through downtown Denver to the Black Eyed Peas. Then dinner at Vesta and drinks downtown with old friends. Life is good.



04.21.12 (Saturday afternoon) - DENVER!!!

04.20.12 (Friday am) - Walk to school.







04.19.12 (Thursday) - (1) T before preschool wearing his "life jacket" vest; (2) F's neighborhood map; (3) me playing with kaleidographs and watercolor crayons.



04.18.12 (Wednesday afternoon) - Treasure map - which includes our house, ponyville, and pirate island.






04.18.12 (Wednesday am) - Rainy walk to school.







04.17.12 (Tuesday evening) - Before dinner walk around the neighborhood. The man with the stone driveway handed each of the kids a beautiful white pebble and told us that other kids had grown up loving his driveway too. I love moments like this.

04.15.12 (Sunday) - P's schoolwork (on bottom); F's space book (for school) (on top)

04.15.12 (Sunday) - (1) 90 degree days in April = goggles and a sprinkler; (2) Me - "F, where are you?" F - "outside starting an American Girls' club. P's dolls couldn't come, they have the flu."





04.14.12 (Saturday pm) - We had friends over for dinner and popsicles, all the kids wore their PJs.





04.14.12 (Saturday am) - The first day with no training wheels. I didn't get any pictures of P (I was too busy pushing her), but she also did a great job.







04.13.12 (Friday) - (1) every morning on the way to school we smell the neighbor's lilacs. amazing that one smell can make you so happy; (2) our yard is full of azaleas, making us glad we bought a landscaped house; (3) F's good friend, L, moves to Kentucky on next week (her father flies army helicopters) and F is very sad to see her go.







04.12.12 (Thursday) - Grandma T bought F a scrapbook and she asked for photos. Though I take a ton of pictures, I barely ever print them, so I ordered hundreds of snapshots. Now our floors are covered in memories.

04.11.12 (Wednesday) - Parfaits = best after school snack ever.








04.10.12 (Tuesday) - F returned to school and P had a playdate, so T helped me make mole sauce (he loves the blender). Then he asked if we could "cook more, please?" So we made cookies. Lots of cookies.





04.08.12 (Sunday late afternoon) - While we spent 6.5 hours in the car, the easter bunny came. yay! easter bunny.







04.08.12 (Sunday afternoon) - Stretching our legs at a rest stop on the way home from Cleveland.
